Naturally, we always hope that what you have purchased is exactly what you wanted. However, we at BANDA.com will accept returns or exchange of items that you have purchased from us within 30 days from the date of your purchase.
It should however be noted that we cannot accept returns of custom-made items unless the reason for return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part. In such a case, we will gladly repair or replace the item.
Items including any accompanied free gift, if any, must be unused and resaleable as new. Please package the returned items carefully and send them back in their original conditions using a shipping option that provides a tracking number. The tracking number serves to verify whether the items have been received by BANDA.com or not. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returned items.
Prior to returning an item, please e-mail us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. That number should be clearly written on the return envelope.
Exchanges or Replacements
Exchanges or Replacements will be shipped via our standard free shipping method unless the customer decides otherwise and pays the difference of an Express courier service for their exchange shipment.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment after we have received and confirmed the returned items.
